Hotel So Far So Good was conceived as a sustainable boutique experience in Cerritos Beach. Thanks to our water treatment plant, our gardens have grown lush and green, creating a small oasis in the middle of the desert.​

The scent of flowers in the gardens gently awakens the senses; birds nest all around the property and gift us their songs as the sun begins to rise over the mountains.​

Located just steps from the beach, you can surf during the day and listen to the waves crashing at night.​

Our in-house surf shop can equip you with fun boards or technical hardtops, UV rash guards, wax, leashes, bodyboards, and everything you might need. You can also book a surf lesson or arrange photography and video of your performance on the waves.

Within the property, you’ll also find a coffee and book shop serving excellent coffee, tea, and mocktails, along with a carefully curated selection of books and artwork.​

The property is off-grid, so we kindly ask our guests to keep air-conditioning use to a minimum. We offer a special rate for guests who choose not to use AC.​

During winter, our pools are not heated and function as a therapeutic cold plunge, perfect for activating the body in the morning. If you prefer a hot water experience, we recommend booking a room with a bathtub.​

The property is pet-friendly, as is the surrounding area. Most dogs walk freely without a leash, which is completely normal here.​
